Terry Carroll Sr. has supervised and provided daily management and operations for numerous oil and gas companies, partnerships and private investors involved in the drilling and completing of thousands of wells; constructing, operating, and maintaining hundreds of miles of natural gas gathering pipeline, compression and dehydration facilities; cumulatively producing more than 15 BCF of gas and 750,000 BBLs of oil.

1981-1986: Terry Carroll Sr. founded Windgate Oil, Inc., a privately owned Corporation engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties. From 1981 through 1984 Windgate Oil, Inc. formed several Limited Partnerships and acted as the General Partner for the drilling and completion of over 75 oil and gas wells.

1984-1994: Terry Carroll Sr. founded T. L. Carroll Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned exploration, development and oil field service company providing geological evaluation, turnkey drilling and pipeline construction services to oil field exploration and production companies located in Kansas and Oklahoma. T. L Carroll Enterprises, Inc. operated three drilling rigs and various pipeline construction and oil field equipment. T. L. Carroll Enterprises, Inc. drilled and completed over 750 oil and gas wells and designed, constructed and operated seven separate natural gas gathering, compression and dehydration systems, encompassing over 80 miles of natural gas gathering pipeline.

1985-1996: Terry Carroll Sr. founded Argas, Inc., a privately owned oil field development and operating company. From 1985 through 1996 Argas. Inc. participated in the drilling and completing of over 100 oil and gas wells and the construction and operation of eight natural gas gathering systems. Argas, Inc. served as operator for several Public Companies, Limited Partnerships, and Private Investors, providing daily management and operations for over 70 oil and gas wells and eleven natural gas gathering systems.

1990-1996: Terry Carroll Sr. served as President, CEO and CFO of United States Exploration, Inc., a public company engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and operations. During his tenure as president, the Company went from a listing on the "Over The Counter" exchange with approximately $4,000,000 in assets, to a listing on the NASDAQ exchange with over $14,000,000 in assets. The Company last traded publicly on the American exchange with assets in excess of $36,000,000. The Company was purchased by a private entity in February, 2004 for approximately $53,300,000.

2001-2016: Terry Carroll Sr. founded Carroll Energy, LLC, a family owned and operated oil and gas company specializing in identifying, evaluating, acquiring and developing oil and gas prospects for individual investors, private and public companies.

2001-Present: Terry Carroll Sr. founded T. L. Carroll Enterprises, LLC, a family owned energy and land development company specializing in providing consulting services to individual investors as well as private and public companies, helping them identify, evaluate, acquire, develop and operate oil and gas prospects, and land development projects for residential and commercial development.
